This is the backbone of the Community's contemplative programming. We gather on Sunday evenings as a community of like-minded seekers to participate in a variety of seminars and classes on the spiritual journey. These classes meet from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and combine meditation, contemplative liturgy, multi-media presentation, bodywork, lecture and discussion, and community fellowship.

The curriculum on Sunday evenings includes studies based on contemplative insights, seminars on classical and contemporary books from various spiritual traditions, and courses on the life and work of such spiritual mystics as Meister Eckhart, Lao Tzu, Buddha, Julian of Norwich, Saint John of the Cross, Thomas Merton, and Alan Watts, as well as, integrating a spiritual path into contemporary life. The Fall Semester begins in September and ends just before Thanksgiving. The Winter/Spring Semester begins in February and ends in April/May.
